not bad with a 7 mile head wind. I wsa trying to do an impropt 2 TT. wondering now if the rpm (spin) class r working for me.
circut trainning; wow I have shredded my abs.
spin class today and they really pushed me hard today. I love the simulated hills and mountain climbs.

just a light swim taught a new guy how to swim. this will be a challenge but I knowit will pay back. did some drills and a 300yrd swim

the guys at work have me doing a 6 circut 8 sation 14 rep circut that we do 6x. it takes 30 minutes to do and i love the it. the guys already hate me!!! LOL
