I worked with  Sonny tonight on transistions and then did a mini brick. We didnt have alot of time but we did get 4 transisitions and then  Sonny wanted to try my hill climb. We got half way thur and then he decided we neede to turn back. oh well better luck next time. He did get to experience what bricks feel like on the run. I hope he does well on sunday.

not my best ride but did get in a 10 mile TT in time 28:54 @ 20.8 mph. despite the wind and hills I did better than I thought. Last year this time I was struggling to hit 42:00 13 miles and did it in 37:00 last year so I'll take this as a hope I will hit 22mph for 13. we will see.

easy run outside today. felt good and relaxed. I actually enjoyed the run today. I think I even smiled the whole time. felt really good on the road and was comfortable and was able to focus on my stride. I just need to stay focused.

did my pull ups on the assisted pull-up machine and dips as well. I am going to defeat the pull-ups. will be looking to make changes in my strenght training.

Wow what a difference makes to step back a little and relax some. I am now more focused than ever. I am foaming at the bit to run speed workouts and hill climbs but I will hold back until after Sullivan. It is a long season and I have to re focus my training by then. But for now I feel like the God's have Released "The Wyldchyld"!!!. I know sounds dorky but hey it is Clash of the Titans weekend.
