despite the harsh conditions, I did really well. Rain, sleet, 15-20mph winds with 30mph gust. and a soft running trail to start the 1st 1/2 of the run. I'll take it!!!

I love where I am at right now. I feel good, strong and really not at the top of my game. I am now wondering how much more I can push myself. I did have my body fat measured by Sonny and I am offically at 12.6. I getting close to the single didgets. whooo Hooo!
