Barefoot on the treadmill again. Did 4 min walk, 3 min run, 3 min walk for 10 min total. Feet aren't sore at all, though I can feel some friction on the pads of my feet. I've read to start out super slow and expect soreness in the feet, but so far so good - I stand barefoot all day to paint so I'm sure that helps a bit. Anyhow, again - it's amazing how running barefoot forces my stride to be so light that it doesn't aggravate my knee. I can tell the injury is still there now and again, but running this way doesn't irritate it or make it hurt. Try as I might, I can't replicate this with my cushioned running shoes on??

4 min walk, 3.5 min run, 3.5 min walk. If I step wrong, I get a twinge in the knee every once in a while, but if I focus on high cadence and a light step, I can't feel any discomfort at all. Hoping I can keep slowly adding distance - it's nice to run, even if it's only a tiny bit!
