On the treadmill. 5 min walk, 5 min run, 5 min walk. Need to be doing this every other day rather than once a week! Ball of my right foot was sore after the running - suspect I land harder on that side.

So glad Christmas is over. It was nice, but I've been so busy with kid's activities, wrapping presents, parties, etc that I just haven't had the energy to work out. I'll also be glad to have all the crappy food out of the house - I've been eating junk, and I can feel it!
