Forward bends + Hip Openers. Core is still sore from yesterday's yoga. Probably should do something other than yoga every once in while, but it's been a stressful month and I just want to do workouts that relax me right now...
Tried to run on the treadmill but it's broken - the belt is off center and skipping/slapping around. Weird - no idea what happened to it!! It is kind of old though - might be time to get rid of the thing...
