5:51 Within seconds of my race last year. surf conditions were rough this year gained 7' there but was 1' faster on bike and 6' faster on the run, loved the overcast for the run, wind was brutal this year on the bike with gusts to 20, but of course I loved it on the way out! couldn't get garmin to pick up my heart rate for some reason but the rest of the data was good,details to follow. i was happy with 25th out of 68 in my ag, no bling but good honest effort.
