RecPlex trail
Same trail as last week but I went a little farther this time. Pace was a little slower than I would have liked, but overall the run went really well. Felt good when I got done. Not quite as warm as last week and I had Gatorade in my bottle instead of water to start off. After I finished that, I refilled with water at one of the fountains along the way. Seemed to work really well.

SRD although I may do some yoga later on. My legs are feeling kind of tight after last night's workout.

FZS group speedwork
descending ladder - 1200/1000/800/400/200 at progressively faster paces
Tough workout tonight. I don't particularly like descending ladders but they serve their purpose so I'll keep doing them
. Missed my goal times on all the intervals although it was only by about 5s each so still pretty good. The first 2 were the toughest (I knew they would be) but I got through them. The 800/400/200 weren't bad and there were popsicles at the end

Stoneybrook loop
I decided to take it easy tonight - just a short run. Trying to get in a consistent 4th day of running and it was just hot. I almost wimped out and used the TM but figured a short run wouldn't be too bad and it'll help me get used to the heat more. You know it's been pretty warm when you're actually looking forward to a high of "only" 87*, lol!
