No real training tonight. I went to a Running Form Clinic at the LRS. We did some short runs and they took video to show us how we could improve our form. Turns out my form is pretty good - the only thing they said is that I need to tighten up my arms a little, they tend to swing out sometimes and I should be keeping them closer to my body. But my landing is good (I'm a midfoot/forefoot striker) and my cadence is good. He also gave me some drills to do to help me pick up my feet a little. I tend to shuffle and that's not a good thing when I'm running trails.

Had planned to do 4 intervals but just wasn't feeling it tonight. I'm getting more comfortable on the bike but it's still not my favorite thing to do so I tend to cut the workouts short too often. Something to work on.

RecPlex trail
Same trail as last week but I went a little farther this time. Pace was a little slower than I would have liked, but overall the run went really well. Felt good when I got done. Not quite as warm as last week and I had Gatorade in my bottle instead of water to start off. After I finished that, I refilled with water at one of the fountains along the way. Seemed to work really well.
