Run walk with the dog. Was a 1/4 mi walk, 1/4 run, 1/4 walk, 1/4 run, 1/2 walk, 1/2 run, then walk. Legs are still sore in spots, felt better as we went along.

Think I'm going to start some powerlifting exercises during the off-season. Looked at a novice site and think its what I want to do. In the meantime I did a few lifts to get a feel of my body post race:

TriAmerica 2k swim leg. People thought it was long by a bit which I'd agree with as I swam the 1.2mi HIM course in same conditions in 37' in the spring, but maybe it was short!

TriAmerica 62k bike leg. Surprising result given my lack of training! Rode the FLO 60/960 combo for the 1st time, noisy compared to my old TTR2 solid Al wheels

TriAmerica run leg. Was suppose to be 15k but I and a few others had it at 8.6mi. Walked about 0.5 of the 1st mile as the vastus medialas thigh muscles were spasming a bit, and then a few of the water stations. Very hot in the full sun on the lake ped path.

Did the TriAmerica 2k-62k-15k race in Clermont.  Great conditions for racing with flat lake, light winds on the bike, but hot on the run.  Did OK given the amount of training I've done.  Took my time in T1 as my hamstrings and calf's were not cooperating after the swim.
