Kids AM swim practice, before running. Did 5*100 LC trying to stay on 2:12 threshold pace. Good for the 1st two then 14, 15, 18. 4x50 CD.

Run around the Y after WU swim. Suppose to be long but my mid-back started giving me issues at .8mile, then at 1.74 I had to stop and was having a real hard time bend, kneeling and twisting. I knew something was off while swimming. Haven't had one of these mid-back episodes in a very long time.

Was doing teh whk8 Sweetspot WO when I had to stop and pee, can't stand hold th edeigners of Golden Cheetah put the little control radio button so close to each other. I thought I pressed pause but must have hit stop and it ended the workout. Couldn't figure out how I could restart teh WO where I ended it so I called it a night. At least I got the 3*15@90% intervals in.

After skipping out on the AM and lunch I made myself get to the Y for some swimming. Felt pretty good mentally when I got there so I decided to do a Critical Swim Speed test with 300y (5:38) and 600y (11:37) distances. Result CSS = 2:01/100 yards or 2:12/100 meters.
