Wk5 Sweetspot WO, took awhile to get comfortable on the new setup. Swapped in my new -17* stem which lowered the AB 10mm. Raised the seat up 5mm, forward 5mm and tilted it down a bit more. Feels great just need to get use to it. AB are now as low as they can go, ready for pineappleman!

AM run with the dog with my new kicks, Hoka Conquest's. LOVE THEM! For the 1st run with them only had a very small hot spot near the end on the right heel. Needed to have a slight more forward lean to be ideal with the low drop. Think these will me my new training shoe going forward and will find a returned pair of Clifton's to race in.

Wk5 VO2max1 workout. Decide to forgo the 20' CP test due to the time lost with the biz travel and following cold. The educated guess on the CP was right on as these were tough. Used 1.16 ratio for the 20' estimate.
