AM run with the dog on STT after dropping my son off at school. Perfect weather, cool and a breeze. Did last weeks long run that I missed.

Damn missed a few days.  Had a stomach bug the last 2 days, which I was going to use to makeup for my Th/F missed workouts due to family/work obligations. Oh well, onto Monday for a new week.  5 weeks until raceday

AM run with the dog. Couldn't remember if toady was the day to start intervals or a longer tempo interval, so I went with 4*1/4 mi intervals. Guessed wrong, was suppose to be 1 mile tempo interval. Dog enjoyed it, not!

Afternoon workout, had to pick up my son at school and jumped on the trainer since it was nice and cool after the day's rain. Felt good today, I bet CP is a bit higher but not going to push it with some longer Thrs and SS workouts coming up. No excuses left, 5 weeks until race day and I have a 5 day biz trip coming up in 2 wks.
