Nice cool night for a LSD run home. Felt way too good at 3 miles so I added another mile to it. This was my longest run ever yet! Mentally, Aerobically I could have kept going. My Calfs and feet actually were the parts that were starting to go towards the end. The pool is at 74F since its been cool here and it felt great last night. Soaked the legs for 15 minutes then took a Clorine bath! Added 10 minutes of ice pack and 1 small IB.

Did the EGC-SST-PC loop with freinds today. Felt good after Pineda so I seprated and rode up US1 to Suntree and back home. Killer wind going over EGC ~10mph up and 15mph down. HR spiked at 177. Did a bike LT up SST on aerobars, avg was 167, max 174.

April Challenge Completed!1800 meters in at Cocoa Y pool during son's swim practice closed out the swim. Yeah baby!

Closed out the monthly April MS challenge today.  Biked and Swam today.  IT was a good month and will use this to build onto the May challenge for the June 4th Race.

Update, Made them kick me out of the park! Was able to get in 1940 yards, I didn't want to stop. Pretty hard to OW swim when its dark out!

Ack, stomach is still a mess, wtf leave me alone!

This AM had lots of smoke and hazy from the big brush fire 20 miles north.  Thank goodness the wind changed direction today and blew it all SW of here.  Didn't do anything this morning because of it.

Warmup run for the swim turned into a nice mid distance run, 3 laps at WP. Warm and muggy this AM and it felt good to sweat.

OWS at WP south lake after the run. Felt weak and it stayed that way. My arms are just dead, been this way all week with this stomach bug. I tried to go easy and keep the form up. Somehow got 1420 yards out of the deal. Now only 3860 to go for the challenge. Good WNW wind today made sighting interesting, forgot what it's like swimming into a good wind!

OK, I did something today, thank goodness!  Still feeling the affects of the stomach bug that the family had this past week.  Another night of good rest and I should be ready to crank out the rest of the challenge swim over the weekend.

It's Vietnam Veterans this weekend at Wickham Park and they have a 1/5 replica of the Wall up. First lap was interesting seeing everything being setup.  I couldn't even imagine what war is like.

Ah nothing like taking a child to the morning sick clinic!  Good thing I went to bed last night at 10pm.  Good news is that I'm ready to go today, long swim and a run later today..its Wed and I need some color on that graph!

Oops, almost forgot it being my wife's birthday, no evening wo today...

Ack!  Gastro-intestinal illness hits the family and yesterday evening / today is my turn.  Man does it drain you, I felt like I just did an all out Oly yesterday getting out of bed this morning.  Good news I'll probably be feeling fine by this evening.
