Wednesday - May 31

Another day sick, luggies (sp?) have started already which is a good sign I guess.  Feeling better than yesterday, just more general fatigue.  Should have known something was up when I had fluid in my ears on Sat & Sun that didn't go away with alcohol drops.  Local paper had a big writeup about the upcoming race.  The Pineapple Man is the longest running triathlon in Florida.  In its first years it was a Swim-Run-Bike format and the contestents had to drop a tongue depressor off at the bike turnaround point to verify they did the whole course!

Feel better today, got a good long night of sleep.  Need to pay attention to this over the next week.  We may have customer on-site next week, this will mean lots of working, at least the planned training volume will be way down.  The Brick the other day and lack of sleep (work) didn't mix too well, felt pretty worn out yesterday.  Better today.
