Evening run home 10:20 pm under a near full moon!
Mentally tough run, easy physically. After 3 miles I finally was able to run without my mind say 'stop and walk'! Felt good afterwards, did an 8 min walk cool down and jumped into the pool. Warm night made this one of the warmest runs since last year. At least I had a decent sea breeze.

What a lazy weekend!  took my son to to his 1st NBA game, Magic vs Pistons game 4, he loved it!  Didn't do much yesterday.  I'm really starting to fall of the wagon here, I feel like doing nothing!  Took the dog for a nice long walk this morning, cool and dry so it was perfect.  I was going to run afterwords but my back/Rt hip is bothering me again. Going to hit the inversion table today a few times to see it that helps. Then I was going to bike into work but the MTB has a flat, ugh, didn't feel like dealing with it. So here I am at work feeling $hitty about not doing any workouts for basically 2 weeks and having to get my arse into gear...

OK I got it together now!  Core WO the afternoon/evening.  Going home for early dinner then come back to work for a bit.  I'll do an evening run home under a clear night sky with a nearly full moon, the perfect night time running conditions with the earlier moon rise at 18:40!  Will bike into work tomorrow and OW swim at WP on the way...

Just a bit sore in the hips from yesterdays Golf day but nothing that raises a red flag going on.  Going to the chiro at 9:30am hopefully for the final adjustment for this episode and can get on with training, I feel like a tub of lard right now!

Post Chiro Update: Hips are good!  Cervical required some work but I'm all set now to continue on...

Golf day, when you haven't played for a year, it's amazing all the little details you forget, like not to play right hand dominate (slice).  Back wass stiff early on, but was able to shoot a 57 and 60, if I could get rid of those 2 or 3 holes per Nine hitting 8-10 I'd be OK ;)  Actually didn't hit too bad once I loosened up and limited my back swing.  Used the hips and relaxed for my "power" and was able to hit my 3 wood 200 consistently and relatively straight once I got going!  I got sick of playing cart golf since my partner was playing everything but the fairway, I'd grab a couple of clubs and walk/run to my ball.

Another chiro appointment this AM, doc says I'm 70-80% there and can do exercise.  Man I want to run and ride bad! I feel ok most of the time with subtle movements to the sides that I will feel.  Suppose to Golf tomorrow AM, he said it was OK to try but if I felt anything to quit right away.

Right hip and lower neck areas are sore from yesterdays Chiro adjustments, to be expected.  Need to temper my desire to "ah no problem" and train.  A few more days off won't hurt me...
