Late morning ride MTB into work, took 3.2 miles thru Wickham Park trails for som efun and leg work!

Worked late again last night due to a conference call with Asia.  Slept in and decided that I should do yesterday's training day today since I did nothing yesterday. Tomorrow morning doing a 5k run with my son, it'll be his 2nd 5k and he wants to do better than the 42m he did last time!

OK, plan is for ~15k run and was too leave at 7:30pm, but looks like one more line of T-storms is still out there working south...
Update, it was an awesome night for a run once the winds picked back up. Very humid at first, but by the time I got half way the winds turned back on and it was very nice. 22 oz water and 1/2 power bar consumed during the run. Felt strong all the way and pushed the last mile.

Looking to do a longish run home tonight from work, 8-10 miles.  I haven't run over the EG Causeway in awhile so that may be the ticket.

Had a loooong conference call last night with Asia, so rode the MTB home 'today' and only had 6hrs sleep so I'm not goign to stress it any more than I have too today.

Shifting the run to tomorrow.

OK, I changed my mine, I want this bike! $50 cheaper and shipping would be 1/2 of the sales tax. It also comes with clipless pedals.

WP swim on my way to work this AM. Too much warmup on the bike though, it was very warm this AM and was too hot even in the water. Water really warmup up from yesterdays 94F day. Did 2x130, 4x80.

LBS has two 06 FS Cake 3 MTB's on sale, one for $1050 and the other is a hot red DLX that I would love for $1350.  Have to see if the TdF Trek special financing will happen again this year or a special 0% CC offer comes along, I don't want to touch the saving.
