Ah it's Friday, and probably will have to work some of the weekend due to biz trip being planned for Tues-Thurs.  Went to the Y last night to watch my daughters swim training, she's come a long way in the past month and is enjoying it, I'm so proud of her.  Sat in the hot tub with my son for awhile, then played around some in the exercise pool & open lane of the lap pool.  We did a kickboard race and were neck and neck the whole way, which for me is something because a year or more ago he could easily beat me! Foot in mouth

I feel much better today, the 2 runs during the week took a toll on me but recovery was short.  Tomorrow is a bike run brick and then it's downhill biz travel taper until the race.
