That was fun! Had to work at keeping it slow in the 1st mile but after that it was easy to do. Right knee was bothering me between mi 5-6 but went away, weird. Jumped in the pool after, can't wait for it to drop in temp for cold soaks.

Pep pizza and Mich Ultra for a recovery meal, F-it!

The bike setup with the new training tire and the trainer is almost ready to go, just need a new 1225 battery in the power meter thing.  Need a fan and place to ride it (garage-nah, pool deck-if its nice out, in front of the TV-will need movies!)

UF vs Georgia tomorrow afternoon, then its trick-or-treating time and a costume party afterward.

Ah slept awesome last night.  Legs feel good so its another run later today.  Also hope my bike trainer tire shows up today so I can setup the bike and start spinning in the AM.  Sending back the Zoots today for size 10, forgot to do it yesterday.

Phew its warm out again. Forgot today is Tuesday and that I missed yesterdays planned 5 miler so that's what I did. Tried to keep the pace easy but I naturally bumped it up after the first mile, and for some reason pushed the last mile, got stop doing this! I got into some music tonight and just ran in a zone.
When it cools off some I'm going to do an LT test to see where I'm at with my run fitness and to make sure I'm running in the correct zones.

Survived the weekend!  16 hours of driving in 4 days in my little Mazda3, ugh. Will need to get another car if I ever do that again!  Had fun at the Panthers/Bills game.

Now it's time to focus, 15k run is in 13 days and I need to get in a bunch of runs.
  Also need to get in some riding and swims as I feel like the overall fitness level is dropping off.
