AM run since I didn't get out last night. Wore the Zoot Energy size 10's, and got a blister on my left heel. Not sure what to do with these shoes. Probably should send them back as I had the same deal with L heel blister with the Mizuno WR in size 10 before I changed back to size 9 1/2. My right shoe felt fine, left shoe felt big. So I have two slightly different size feet!

Almost got bit by a poodle and almost punted the damn thing into next week. I yelled at the owner who was walking the POS across the street without the leash connected and gave her a stern warning about having the dog labeled as dangerous with the county if she doesn't keep it on the leash.

Up at 4 am to deal with the dog.  Poor Simon is having such problems these days and the steroid med isn't really doing anything but causing other issues.  Finally got back to sleep after 4:40 but it was a weird restless sleep.

Sold my race wheels this AM, sad to see them go but at least they went to a a rider who'll get good use out of them.  So the deal with my wife is complete, trainer for the wheels. Next year I'll keep my eyes open for a H3 and get a disk cover for the stock rear.

Was going to hold off on getting into Jorge's bike training until after the Feb 1/2M, but I see on his site that I can do 2 of the weekly sessions for now, that works.

That was fun! Had to work at keeping it slow in the 1st mile but after that it was easy to do. Right knee was bothering me between mi 5-6 but went away, weird. Jumped in the pool after, can't wait for it to drop in temp for cold soaks.

The bike setup with the new training tire and the trainer is almost ready to go, just need a new 1225 battery in the power meter thing.  Need a fan and place to ride it (garage-nah, pool deck-if its nice out, in front of the TV-will need movies!)

UF vs Georgia tomorrow afternoon, then its trick-or-treating time and a costume party afterward.
