Realized it is Friday and I'm way behind this week so went for an AM run. So much better than Wed run when I had the high HR. This time it was cooler and it stayed low here it should be.

Man what a "bad" run this was. Just didn't have it today. HR was high for the pace and energy was low, also very humid this morning. But its done!
