Well well well, the lazy week is about to be over with!  Tomorrow starts week #1 of the 16 week TP leading up to the June A-race.  Hopefully I get the courage to the pool in the morning.  Suppose to be cold tomorrow again and I know me and the "its cold" weenee excuses!

Interesting, today I feel fatigued.  Taking the day off but will do some core & stretching later today. Working on how I can integrate pool time into the mornings/at night 3x/week and keep the work day respectable. Tongue out

Legs are almost feeling normal today, walking is no problem, just a hint of soreness still in them. Last nights spin probably helped some, didn't hurt!  Maybe a short jog later tonight if work cooperates (which it isn't).

Taking another day off.  Thighs are much better than yesterday but still sore, last nights hot tub soak and massage by the jets was a good thing to do.  Right now the 10k in two weeks is a maybe, need to get back into the Tri mode.
