The boy woke up with a sorish throat and sneezing, same thing the girl had the other day. I need to work on the roller and stick the next two days to work out the legs as my calfs are tight. Great news is that the 1st fall cold front is coming thru tomorrow and will have near record low temp Sunday morning (~62f), low humidity, and nice tailwind for the 2nd half of the bike, the perfect race senario!

Suppose to do a PM bike, short and easy with some pickups. Started sneezing this afternoon and swear I feel my throat starting to get a weird feeling. I BETTER NOT BE GETTING SICK. If I don't feel well I'll take this evening off work the stretch routine again and get to bed early.
