Evening run, RPE felt high vs HR so I went by HR after 2.5 miles, once I warmed up all the way. Had to work today and went out after I got home. Should have used the roller first, as my calf's were tight and I can feel my hips post run.

Dropped the car off at the dealership and ran to the office. Tough run into the wind for the 1st 2.1 miles, was hard to get warmed up at 60F. Coolest AM run so far. After that I ran on the canal and with a cross wind and finally felt good enough to pickup the pace and get the HR into Z2 range.

Taking the day off, have a lot of work to do before the upcoming conference.  Will drop off the car to get the oil changed tomorrow and run back to the office.
