AM run. Make up run, missed last weeks long run this weekend due to swim meet and working. Thinking that I'll change the runs layout so that the long run is in the middle of the week.

Did the roller/stick/ball on my legs with some stretching before the AM run. Calf's/bottoms of my feet and gluts were tight and could feel trigger spots in my thighs.
