Went to the Y to get in the 1st swim of many to come. Felt good but had some form issues as I got fatigued. Will be nice when I get the endurance back.

Well, today is the beginning of 16 dedicated training weeks for the June 3rd Pineappleman. No more putting it off.
Family spent the weekend in Orlando at the state YMCA swim meet. The kids did great setting several PRs and my son even got into his first finals ever in the 50 Breaststroke by setting a 3 sec PR. Then during his Finals Heat he took off another 2 seconds. He just found out what it really takes to inside of himself to be at this level. We are so proud of them both.

Rode the new bike into work fro the 1st time. Had to set it up for the lights and rack first. Did 3 miles in Wickham Park before hitting the pavement, direct headwind all the way in, ugh!
