Back from the biz trip and feeling jet lagged.  Got home late (1:30 am) and just not feeling right today.  Woke up at ~ 2:20am with a calf crap that shot me out of bed, I truly hate those, feeling like I'm a teenager again!  Need to hydrate today and work the calf later today, have  a solid knot of the inside of the gastroc.  Tomorrow's ride will depend on how the calf feels.
