Lower back is no better today, can't get to the chiro though. Stretching helps fo ra little bit. I can sit no porblem, its being straight when standing and twisting certain ways.

WTF, lower back is whacked out. Went to chiro and hips were out as well as my neck.

Checked out the leg. Plan was to start off running and if I felt anything bad to walk back and just swim. Calf is definitely tight but I found taking very short strides would alleviate a lot of the stress on it. Was able to run the block around the Cocoa Y. Will see how the calf responds later.
Swim after run, kept on having leakage issues with my goggles on the WU. I then realized that they were on too tight and loosened them up and all was well:

Did half of the Week 10 Day 2 workout to checkout the leg:
5' WU
5'*4 70 to 80% CP 5' builds
5' CD
Did a quick swim in the BYP to:
A) cooldown (temp 75F)
B) get in a swim
Leg/calf is still felt when walking, no running yet. It felt fine on the bike and swim so those will be my training for now.

Getting better, only have some minor soreness and tightness in the calf. Feeling nothing behind the knee or into the hamstring and walking without issue. Have client in the office today and tomorrow so will take the days off to fully recover and get back into it on the weekend.
