Quick WO after doing IT
Nothing worst than the first week after a long vacation! Catching up at the office slowly but surely, working the weekend though to do so

Mowed the yard today, 1.5 hours of weed-eating, mowing twice and cleanup of 7' high St Augustine thatch and wrapping it up with some weed-killing !
Neck is feeling good, didn't notice it at all this morning-afternoon.
Uploaded a revised training plan to take me through the Oct Sprint, possible 15k, and the Nov 13.1. Now I just need to commit to some AM workouts!

Officially back from the July Vacation, drove back last 2 days. Now it is time to get back to training. Did some running while at the cottage and ready to start riding and swimming again. My wife wants me do either P90X or Insanity with her, honestly can use the training! TOday is about office catchup and will then recheck the loaded training plan that starts next week.
