Late night run. Found out this evening that a hs friend had a bad stroke, news hit me hard. Got home and had to run to destress. Only was to be 5.1 but added an rxtra mile since the weekend is out.
GPS: 6:16, 9:15, 0:08, 9'05, 9:17, 9:18, 0:59

Missed yesterdays long run, just too much to do at work before vacation starts.  Going to bring my run gear back to work today and get in a run tonight.

Feeling the abs/core, went slow on each rep. Last set of Supermans were static holding arms & legs up for 15 seconds each, 1st 2 sets were alternating left-right.
