I surely did not worry about speed today, just wanted to get the distance done. Felt pretty good although it was slow (for me!). I need to tweak my HM training plan so I can fit in 3 swims/week, but that's gonna mean running after school at least a couple of days a week, UGH!!!

Beautiful coolish morning to ride!! Did one of my favorite rides, a couple challenging hills to ride up, a couple AWESOME steep downhills to ride down and very scenic... Lots of dogs out, but almost all were behind fences and those that weren't were pretty mellow... passed a couple of Great Danes hanging out at the gate to their driveway, they didn't even look at us! Wind was negligible, just enough to keep the sweat off, ha ha! We saw horses, cows, squirrels, dogs, goats, pea hens and some road kill.

Finally a decent run! Just ran easy, but didn't have to walk at all, woot! Fairly cool out, but humid of course.

This is feeling like the neverending cold!  I thought it would be gone by this week.... seems like I worked out over the weekend and brought it right back, only worse, still coughing and hacking, stuffy and snotty.  Hope to be back at it again this weekend, and hope it doesn't turn around and come back again!!  I feel like such a slug....
