Did the hill route, Stringtown Road and with the wind, wow! I feel bad ass! Luckily most was crosswind, but the second half of the ride we turned into the wind and definitely slowed down. I certainly got my fresh air today!

Long run! Yeah, that's how pathetic I am.... warm and muggy, guess Spring has Sprung! Glad I got this done, still waiting for that huge burst of motivation to hit me... maybe with tomorrow's bike ride I can finally get back on track. Shoulder is still *F*'d up, but I may try and go to the pool just to see if swimming is even possible. I hate the thought of no tris this year!! School year is winding down, so I can possibly take a half day and get to a doc to get it checked out....

I had fully intended to get home and get out on my bike... until the wind advisory popped up... steady winds 25 mph with gusts up to 40, ummm, NO!  So I washed and detailed my car instead, not exactly a workout but I did get a little sweaty!
