First swim in 5 months.... and the shoulder STILL hurts. I can kind of adjust my stroke so that it is manageable, but it is definitely not better. I may give it a few weeks of swimming and see if it gets any better, if not it will definitely be time to see the doc. I wore my zoomers for the first 800 yds to help ease some stress off my shoulders, and then went without for the last 200. Breast stroke doesn't hurt, backstroke does. And surprisingly I felt pretty good in the water, I wasn't dying! Since I had no idea how fast or slow I would be, I opted for the warm pool away from the serious swimmers. Didn't feel TOO warm since I was taking it so easy.

Alarm was set to go run, but I tossed and turned all last night after going to bed mad at my hubs last night.  Ugh, men can be soooo annoying and clueless!!
