I was pleasantly surprised with the slightly cooler weather after work this afternoon. I ended up going straight home to change clothes, then headed out for some miles at SCP. I felt decent today. My left knee felt tender at times, but totally manageable and overall decent.

I really didn't get a "real" workout in today. Megan and I ended up riding our cruiser bikes over for a teacher party. We drank a few margaritas then pedaled home. Fun.

Off today.  Crazy tornados today, but more than anything I just needed a day off.  Hopefully my workouts will go better this upcoming week.

Blah...I definitely wasn't feeling it today. The humidity was really getting to me out there. I felt like I was working much harder than I should have been for the slow pace I was going. My left knee got a little tender toward the end of the run as well. I'm glad I got the miles in, but was really hoping for a different result. Perhaps when school gets out I get some more normalcy to my runs, and can get in some longer miles.

Once again, not really that motivated to workout, but got out anyway for a short loop around SCP. It was warm out and humid, but I felt ok. Hopefully I'll be a little more peppy in the morning.
