Short term goals

Work hard this winter to become a swimmer and increase my running speed.

Watch my diet by decreasing sugar and making sure I get enough Protein since I eat little meat.

 

Long term goals

Become a triathlete!

Hope to complete a Sprint Tri, Oly Tri, Boise 70.3 IM, 3-HM, and a Marathon in 2009.

Complete at least 4-150 mile bike rides as well as the Death Ride in CA.
