Had a pretty good race despite the cold 500 windy conditions.  Total time was 1:13:10 giving me 5th of 14 in my age group.  The hot shower felt most excellent.  Thanks to my friends for all the support!

Saturday - March 27

Just a rest day but maybe someone can help me.

After several hours of trying to figure out this trouble I'm having transferring data from my Garmin 301xt.  I was doing fine and had logged about 20 days of run and bike workouts on my BT training pages but this became a problem about 10 days ago and can't figure out why.   I have a MacBook Pro with a Garmin ANT Agent stick. After a workout, my watch syncs up with the stick, says its transferring data like normal. On BT when uploading data into training log, its says its transferring data but then gives me the error message of 0 workouts today found? The Garmin Connect log has also stopped receiving activities. I checked for updates to Garmin Comm Plugin and Garmin ANT agent and installed so those appear updated.  I'm stumped.

Any ideas on how to figure this out? Thank you.

Did a Compu-trainer class. 8 mile time trial at average 238 watts, and 21.5 mph. Also a 6 mile chase at 20 mph. I was totally wiped at the end. Trying to stick with my half IM plan and taper for first 2010 sprint on Sunday. YIKES.

HFFA mill. Crusin along to Tom Petty when the mill just stopped at mile 1.0. That'll wake you up and test your balance. Must have been a loose wire as I hopped on another and finished no problem. Garmin didn't download either. Guess I was having a bad day with electronics.
