The day didn't start out so well. Got to WKU center to swim but pool was closed for chlorine problem. So I jumped on a treadmill but had some GI distress. Headed home to let things settle down and took a nice run on Drakes creek loop.

Heading out to Prescott, AZ for a golf weekend with some old buddies so training will suffer but should get in a run or two.
