First time in a long time doing this. I didn't want to overdo it.

Two things about going to the gym today:
1. Since I have been so remiss in working out for a year-- my muscles are as soft as a newborn babe's. I used to lift three times as much. LOL. Oh how the mighty have fallen. I don't want to overdo it and get discouraged though. So- we are easing into this.
2. I forgot how many hot men are in the gym! Motivation. :) Not to mention FUN to look at.
Tomorrow we are swimming.

Sunday - July 14

Okay. I have to have one of those clean slate moments in life where you just look at the present, not the past and not the future. We need some live in the moment time-- focused on not what went wrong in the past, not focused on dreaming about a great future--just focused on being excellent in the exact moment I'm in.

I think I lost that perspective this year.

So while yesterday was a struggle, today isn't, right? Today is perfectly fine. Right this moment, I am on target, on track, and doing what needs to be done. That's the only thing that matters.
