So Natasha invited me to come out and power walk with her and I'm thinking a nice 2.5 mile walk. What I got was a 4.5+ race walking pace Z3-Z4 workout trying to keep up with that long legged, crazy women. It felt good to be back out and sweating but I realized what taking 6 weeks off does to your fitness.
