Crazy hip pain. My sports med guy said to lay off the running for a few days, more yoga, prescribed stretches and then run on even surfaces and gradually add mileage.
Walk to/from the house to REI then run along the South Platte river. A little scarey w/all the squatters living along the river. I should stick to Sloan's Lake....much safer.
