Nice, warm run. Had to stop for a minute and forgot to start the time when I took off again. Time is an estimate.
Walked .5 miles to cooldown.
Got word today that we will only be getting one day OFF next week and the week after. With twelve hour days thats equivelant to 72 hours each week for the next two weeks. It's going to be hard, but I need to fit in a 20 mile run somewhere in there. I know my training will be taking a nose dive for the rest of the month. I knew this at the beginning of the year with Inventory being at the end of the month. Besides tomorrow, my only two days OFF for the month will be Monday and next Saturday. Any thoughts on when I should do my 20 miler? I'm thinking next Saturday.

Even though I'm sore, I'm extremely happy with this run. In my opinion, my pace stayed fairly consistent. Maybe started the first few miles a bit to fast.
