Went to Deeners last knee appointment. They gave her the all clear, but to just be careful and dont overdo it.Also went to visit my cousin Jesse in the hospital. He was 1-1/2 hours into a 2 hour endurance motocross race and shattered his leg. Had to have surgery on it Sunday and now he's looking at crutches for 3 months. Hes in good spirits though. He gets released today. Hes thinking he will go back to work on Friday (he owns his own auto part store). Crazy guy!!!On another note...Im thinking about getting off of facebook and e-mail for a month. I seriously think that my addiction to FB is not only a huge time waster, but its getting in the way of my family time. Im also wanting to keep off of beer on my days off. I feel its getting in the way also and Im not setting a positive example for my kids. Im still going to have some on my work days. I use it to help sleep.
