Walked 1.6 miles from Deeners work to home.

Was planning on a bike today, but changed my mind due to the rain (not in the 'ride in whatever kind of weather' part of my training yet). Decided to swim tonight when Deener goes to the Y and do the bike tommorrow morning. However, Im going into work tonight because my counter part is sick. Not much training will happen since this will be a 5 nighter this rotation. This will be approx. 68-70 hours of work. Glad I got my 12 miler in yesterday. Im still going to shoot for a one mile run today or tommorrow, hopefully with Ian. I want to break 60 miles for the month.

So I watched Izzy today because of no day care. I decided to take a little nap with her because I woke up at 2 a.m. (the joys of working overnights). We slept from 1 to 5 p.m. I have a feeling I wont be able to sleep again tonight. I also found out about no day care again tommorrow. Looks like Ill be scrapping my bike ride.
