Rode to the church and back. Wind seemed to have picked up during the ride. Unfortanetly, I was in a headwind coming home. Still a nice Nebraska day for a ride.
Ran one of the Couch to 5k plan runs. I think Week 5, Day 3, but Im not for sure.

Rough Swim. Out of energy from this weekend's bike ride and marathon spectating.

OK. I really need to get my computer back (currently I'm on the Librarys). I looked at my graphs for April and they suck really bad. I knew I wasn't putting the volume in, but translate it onto a graph for me and it opens my eyes. After this weekend's activities, I could really tell by my swim how I'm doing physically and it isn't good. Things I need to focus on for the next few months prior to Redman.....1) Daily Nutrition, 2) Endurance, 3) Bike and swim form, 4) Lose 7-10 pounds, and 5) Strength Training. This is the physical aspect. Spiritual Aspect.....I need to read the Bible daily and pray daily. I need Godly food.
Now that I'm done analyzing myself, I'm planning on a 30 mile ride Tuesday and a 6 or 8 mile run on Wednesday (depending on how my body feels).

Rode IMKS bike course with Bripod. Little disappointed with my time, but I expected it. I worked overnight the night before, it was hot, and I havent ridden much. Big eye opener and where Im at and where I need to be at.....Oh ya, time is an estimate. My bike computer stopped working for about 15 miles.
