Just as I thought.  Yesterdays gluttony caught up with me today.

On another note, had a good first day today.  I'm pretty tired though.  Switching back to days is a little rough.  I know I did it weekly during my days off, but I also took little naps frequently.  ;)

Short ride this morning. Lost another water bottle. This will be the second in about 3 weeks. Not for sure why. Both of them were from IMKS. I believe I froze both of those bottles before riding the IMKS bike course last month. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.

Slept in til 8:30 this morning.  Felt like I slept half the day away.  I remember when I was younger, it wasn't nothing to sleep in until noon or 1. I guess things change when you get older.

Not looking forward to stepping on the scale in the morning.  Not only did I have a cheat meal of a Runza Cheeseburger and Fries, but I also grilled steak tonight.  I haven't ate this much in a long time.

Also, I'm beginning my new job at the Marysville store in the morning.  Looking forward to it.

Read Proverbs 25-26.

At the last minute decided to skip the bike workout this morning.  Laid in bed and talked with Deener instead.  Izzy woke up and jumped in with us also.  Nice to kick back with the wife and our youngest.

We have tickets to catch the Saltdogs game tonight.  They are playing the New Jersey Jackals.  After church, were going to fart around in Lincoln (eat, run to Scheels, etc) and then off to the Haymarket Park.

This week will be nice.  1)  I begin my new job at the M-ville store, 2) It's a lighter volume training week, and 3) It's my last week before I begin ramping up my running.  Sweet!!!

Skipped my swim workout today.   Finished my last night at the Beatrice store,  slept, and then hung out with friends.

May 25

Called in to work last night.  The Assistant Manager that works opposite me took an ambulance ride to the hospital.  Ended up not being as serious as initially thought.  However, going in totally screwed up my training for today and probably for tommorrow.  Plan called for 8 mile run today and swim tommorrow.  With band practice today, my sleep will be limited.  So.....I'm sure I'll be sleeping tommorrow and hopefully be rested enough to spend the evening with friends.

Also, On Saturday I'll be showing off Ferb at Wal-marts yearly 'Bike Rodeo.'

And......Also,Also.  Entered Deener, Kalah, and myself in the Cornhusker State Games Torch Run.  Cool.

Was only suppose to do 40 miles, but wanted to tackle Krider hill. It was slow and Windy Very difficult, but glad I did it. Averaged 12.5 mph to the hill, coasted on the way back. ;)
