Was originally suppose to do distance on the Eliptical. However, I'm going with Clayton and Jeff to York today. Due to time constraints, I changed my workout to a distance swim. When I got to the pool, I just didn't have it in me to go for distance. So I worked on form, pulls, and kicks. Very happy with how my swim is coming along.
