Had a 1:05 transition. That included me putting the bike inside our house and changing my shoes while Blizzard was jumping all over me. :)

Had a meeting in Topeka today.  Even though it was my day off, I'm glad it was this week (Recovery/Race Week).  My next meeting will be in August, but thankfully that is scheduled on a work day.  I also have another training meeting in September a few days before Redman.  I believe both of the meetings will be in Topeka again.
