Swim class tonight- after my long run this morning I thought I was going to die! But I did fine and felt tired but good after the lesson.
Going out for a long run...
Back from my long run. It was fun today. Normally I get really bored with long runs, so I found some side MTB trails I have been meaning to check out, they were fun, cost me some time though and did tire me out a bit, but I still got in a mile longer than planned and I FEEL GOOD!

Woolmarket Biathlon- won 2nd place in my age group!
A much bigger field than the last run/bike event I did. A hilly course for both the run and bike. I almost canceled going as the weather was looking bad but I drug my ass out of bed at 4:30 AM and got to it. Turned out to be a great event, well organized and perfect weather (well maybe a bit windy)! More later in the race report! I need lunch!

Lots of drills, zipper, free kick, side, kick, rotation drills, lost count of how many each.
2x100 CD
Got less laps and time in the pool because we watched a instructional film in class.
I think I did 1600 at minimum, lost track... a slow workout but a hard workout.
