Hamstrings still sore from Saturday such that I had to jump on the bike this morning rather than run.  Hopefully, I'll feel better tomorrow.  Went to doctor yesterday to find out that my creatinine levels are back to normal but that I should cut out NSAIDs and possibly cut back on intense exercise.  We did one more urine test yesterday and will find out results by the end of the week.

Left hamstring still sore from Saturday's run and weight session.  Worked late last night not getting to bed until 11:30 so sleeping through the 4:30 alarm wasn't difficult.  I'll take an unplanned day off and hit hard tomorrow.

Right achilles still hurts.  Not sure if this is tendonitis or possibly reoccurence of bone spurs that I had when I was 14.  Hopefully, the former and a little rest will help.
