Good long run. Last long one until the marathon....My pace drops off at about 15 miles to 9+ minute pace. Not sure how that will translate during the marathon. In any event, my legs feel better post run than any other long run I've done in the last few months. Wife will be out of town Saturday until Monday so I'll be limited to riding the trainer after the boys are asleep.....and maybe some stretching. Tomorrow, we'll loosen up the legs on the treadmill with a walk and possibly some spinning before lifting weights with Sam.

Freezing: Never felt great, but never felt bad...just felt slow

Okay....starting January 1, I'm getting back on the eating normal program. Over the last 7 months, I've gone from eating right-size portions to eating larger meals. While I've always eaten heathily, I've increased the amount I eat and have seen my weight go from 188 to 204. I'm going back on WW points to begin the year and stick with it for 3 months and get the good habits back. I did WW in 2007 and went from 237 to 187 in 6-7 months .... lets see if I can get from 203 back to 190 by March 15.....then to mid-180s by April 30. Whether it's WW or another program, my key is to writing it down and being accountable for yourself.

Even pace throughout first half with some sprints in the last 30 minutes before cool down.
Harder ride than this morning. Kept a strong pace throughout with a couple of pick ups to raise the HR. Need to compare the data with this mornings ride.
