Treadmill run. I almost bailed on the run completely b/c I'm tired from this morning's workout. Plus, I knew it was hot outside.....88 degrees. So I settled for a treadmill run and some time on a stationary bike.

No stretching and it took me a while to feel good. Didn't have much juice in me at 4:00am so took it easy the whole way.

Good ride. Reached turnaround at 1:20:55, which was 28.6 miles (21.2mph pace)on my bike computer. Computer died at 1:24 so total mileage was an estimate. I know I slowed down on the way back.
Nutrition=3 bottles of EFS, 9 endurolytes spaced at 45min; half a clif bar at about mile 34; half of an EFS gel shot at mile 45.
