Busy day today...soccer game, birthday party, baby shower and then school gala....I'm tired already and its only 8 am. Though I am looking forward to it staying light an extra hour in the evening with daylight savings, regardless of whether we "lose" an hour of sleep tonight.

Overall, an even pace throughout the long swim. I had good energy left and then realized that coach was at Jr. Nationals this weekend so we were on our own. I wasn't ready to swim 75 swim/kick/swim sprints, followed by 100 IMs on 2:00, so I kicked for 400 and did 3 intervals. I wasn't too tired but had horrible nausea and did for the hour afterwards....inner ear/vertigo, I need to lie down feeling.
High intensity spinning Class. First 1:30 was climbing, jumps and sprints. Next :40 was interval sprints.
