Plans of doing a 3 hour ride cut short by lack of motivation, sore ankle, waking up late and a bunch of other fairly lame excuses.  I want to go to sleep.  Had an awesome, unhealthy home-made taco salad for lunch.  I'm stuffed and ready for a nap.  I think I just fell asleep typing....I closed my eyes and pictured myself riding to Memorial Park, thinking about how to get there and then....."where I am?"  I was close.  Maybe get a swim in this afternoon if Bridgett lets me leave early before bringing the kids up to the pool.  I'd love to swim outside today....I thought it was supposed to rain today.  Getting in an 88 degree indoor pool does not sound fun on a warm day like today.

Best swim of the season in terms of how I felt afterwards. Didn't push too hard on the 1700, just wanted to keep swimming and not stop. After the kick set, I felt good and wish I could have stayed in the water...the next set was 6X100 on 1:25-1:45. Not sure if waking up an hour before the swim and getting in 30 minutes of yoga helped.

Ankle feels better this morning.  The yoga routine helped to stretch it a little bit.  Still plan to keep ice on it today and may try to get in a weight workout at lunch.
